Description

As a client-facing representative, you will serve as clients’ principal point of contact and be entrusted with acquiring B2B customers within a designated region.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive portfolio of education institutions, with a steadfast commitment to customer retention.

This job involves cultivating solid relationships, effectively addressing objections, thoroughly understanding client pain points, and delivering solutions that surpass their expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new clients and drive growth in sales accounts through quantifiable measures of quantity and revenue.
  • Achieve the team’s monthly/yearly sales quota, as established by the business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, encompassing onboarding, implementation, product updates, demonstrations, training, upselling, renewals, customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, communicate expected delivery dates, and manage payment processing.
  • Support credit control activities, including maintaining records for quotations, sales orders, and invoices and ensuring prompt payment collections.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests, providing expert solutions to inquiries related to quotes, orders, complaints and product returns.
  • Maintain a database of key customer profiles to ensure optimal customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer and business needs, including daily operations and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated or with up to 2 years of work experience.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral), additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Capable of adapting to changing circumstances and meeting the needs of a dynamic business environment.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on understanding customer needs and with a customer service mentality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess self-motivation, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
  • Possess own transportation.
